The house is located in the small Aegean village of Agii Apostoli, in Evia, just 120 km from Athens by car — no ferry needed. It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Traditional stone, wood and a lot of love make up the modest, but comfortable space of the accommodation. Castello Valla is a unique proposal to experience mountain tourism (800m altitude), the wonderful view and at the same time enjoy the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea (distance 4km). It is an occasion for an escape from everyday life and a short respite in the beautiful nature and the peaceful life of a traditional Greek village.

A few words about our village: Breeze is only a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, where you will find beaches, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and much more! Agioi Apostoli is a beautiful fishing village only 2 hours from Athens airport, Eleftherios Venizelos. If you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by beautiful beaches for a lot of relaxation, Agioi Apostoli is the right place!

Comfortable house for a quiet holiday

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Petries house

In harmony with the local architecture, the residence was completely renovated in 2019. In the past, the ground floor was used as a wine press with oak barrels for storing wine of the Papagrigoriou family. Now, following modern needs to the extent that it is appropriate, it has been transformed with strong interventions into a space ideal to accommodate up to 5 people in 3 pleasant bedrooms.

The house is about 40sq.m, with 1 bedroom with dooble bed, living room with two double sofabeds, 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom and yard-balcony with beautiful sea view. The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!

Sea View, is a distinctively luxurious and tastefully furnished Villa that includes a private Pool as well as all amenities you will need during your stay. It has panoramic view on both levels, the bedrooms (sleeps 6) as well as the living room.(The access to the third bedroom and the ground floor is made from the outside of the building.)
