It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Εναρμονισμένο με την τοπική αρχιτεκτονική, η κατοικία ανακαινίσθηκε πλήρως το 2019. Παλαιότερα, το ισόγειο χρησιμοποιούνταν ως πατητήρι με δρύινα βαρέλια αποθήκευσης κρασιού της οικογένειας Παπαγρηγορίου. Πλέον, ακολουθώντας τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες στον βαθμό που του αναλογεί, μετατράπηκε με δυνατές παρεμβάσεις σε έναν χώρο ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει έως και 5 άτομα σε 3 ευχάριστα υπνοδωμάτια.
