The apartment was newly built in 2019. It has a beautiful wooden ceiling and impresses with its view of the countryside. Since the road runs above the main house, the little road traffic can hardly be heard. In the apartment there is a small shower room with toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher within walking distance. We are located in a place on the Jakob pilgrimage route.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are about 5 minutes by car.

Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.
