Vous entrez dans l'allée et vous êtes accueillis par Angy, notre épagneul breton. Le logement est à côté de notre jardin au calme, parfait pour le repos. Vous disposez d'une petite cour privée. Vous serez proches de Bordeaux et de l'océan. Vous trouverez des dépliants touristiques dans le logement et quelques romans. Le matelas est neuf.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Closed bike storage in the building.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

20 m2 renovated, air-conditioned and fully-equipped accommodation. It's comfortable, quiet and bright. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private and unoverlooked terrace. It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.
