Apartment 1523 is on the 15th floor of the Condomínio Serra dos Itatins, in the center of Peruíbe, and has a wonderful sea view. The building is an architectural icon of the city. Great view from the 15th floor. Very cozy apartment! Wi-Fi in the apartment and space for remote work (desk with power point and ocean view!). There are several restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. In front, kiosks by the sea. All outlets are 110V. There is no garage!
