Welcome to The October House —built during the Civil War. Step back in time to experience a different era. However, just like the 1860’s there are a lot of stairs. If you crave a unique historical experience in the exact middle point of historic Brownville, NE then this is for you. Conveniently located directly across the street from The Brownville Market! However, fair warning, this house is not an accessible place for those who can’t handle stairs or do not like the rustic life!

We are 36 miles to Eppley Airfield, 35 miles to CHI Health Center, 25 miles to Charles Schwab Field, & 33 miles to the Old Market Omaha. We welcome you to the small town of Bern, Kansas. This modern, charming apartment invites you to experience small town living. Everything you need is in our apartment . The kitchen has all major appliances, dishes and many small appliances. You are welcome to use the town's nearby fitness facility. A washer and dryer is just a few steps away. The Bern Cafe serves lunch M-F and dinner on Sunday evening. Other services are just a 15 minute drive away.

Rock Port, Missouri - Home with a View

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.

The InnJunKtion is a guest suite within the Union JunKtion, an eclectic vintage/antique/junk store! Have the comforts of a more traditional suite with en suite bathroom, memory foam queen bed, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, water cooler, washer/dryer, etc. PLUS an entire 2,000 square foot historic building (with amazing decor that is ALL available for sale) to browse & shop to your heart’s content!

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 150 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.

Located in Syracuse Ne. 20 minutes to Nebraska city, 30 minutes to Lincoln Ne, Sits right next to a beautiful new memorial sitting park 2 bedroom , 1 non conforming bedroom in the basement. Bathroom on the main floor and in the basement. Fenced yard, Close to downtown shopping, ball fields, bars, Winery and eating establishments.
