East Main Place is located on the edge of downtown Hazard. Originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors & laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50” Roku TV, including HBO Max and Paramount + , is provided in the living room. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street.

The Miniard House is a spacious, historic home available for rent for guests who want to soak in the great landscape and peacefulness of Appalachia. The house accommodations for eight guests with a plenty of space for family time both inside and out. Our little cabin with a stocked pond and its own little water fall is such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a night, weekend, or week. Our cabin is stocked with home necessities. We have free WiFi. We have seen many deer grazing the grass and an occasional bear. 10 mins from ARH in Hazard, Ky.
