Charming house in the heart of Perros-Guirec

Ar penty is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros Guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes' walk and the two beaches as well as the port are 15/20 minutes' walk. You have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It's a good place to stay, it's comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a nice and quiet landscaped exterior.

La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Breton family house overlooking the sea

Located 300m from the center of Perros-Guirec and the beaches, this warm and very quiet family house overlooks the bay of the port and offers a nice sea view from its garden, terrace and bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 8/10 people. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs, another double furnished in an outbuilding at the back of the house and a TV lounge is transformable on the ground floor. Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Beautiful sea view cottage for 2 people

4**** labeled furnished tourism 2022 . Ty brao is 900m from the 1st beach , 2 minutes drive from the Royal Beach and Gr 34 but also 4 minutes from Trestel Beach, 5 minutes from the village . Lively area with its restaurants, the Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, its surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our timber-framed cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded lot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.

The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
