Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and create lasting memories, our house is waiting for you!!!

Luxury Villa NIKI in Olive garden

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.
