This upmarket, executive property has easy motorway access and is perfect for commuters working in the North West. With a dedicated work-space, a large and comfortable lounge, master bedroom with en-suite wet room, it is perfect for working from home or relaxing after a hard day's work. The property would equally suit couples; it is perfectly located for day trips to Chester, Liverpool or Manchester by car or train. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Our beautifully decorated annexe is completely self-contained with its own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en-suite, small FreeSat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via patio doors to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, quiet road.
