Mountain house on 20 acres backed to state and logging land. Trails lead to state of Washington land to overlook Sacheen Lake. House overlooks Diamond Lake from north windows. There is a small barn, fire pit, BBQ, and large decks with amazing views. Bring your snow mobiles, 4-wheelers, bikes, horses, hiking boots, snow shoes, and sleds because you can do it all right out the front door! You will need 4WD to get you there, this is a destination! CHAINS ARE REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS!

This well-kept little get away is the perfect place to sneak away from town and enjoy North Eastern Washington's beauty. This two bedroom, open living area cabin is surprisingly spacious for it's footprint. Additionally, there is a canoe, kayaks, SUPs, and paddle boat to take to the Lake, a dock for power boats, and trails to explore nearby! The kitchen is stocked, hammock is hung, lawn is mowed, and several personal watercraft options for paddling the lake await!

Paradise on the Pend'Oreille Rvr

Beautiful home on the PDA river with access to the dock for water fun. Winter delight with the Selkirk mountains right in your backyard for snowmobiling or snowshoeing. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath and you will have access to everything with the exception of the master suite (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom). Large deck overlooking the river with fantastic views. Can sleep 8 if you want to use our blow up bed.

Lake Front Cabin - 60acre property - 80 acre lake

Our 60-acre property is on a no motor 80-acre lake in a magical remote park like setting. About 30 minutes Priest River/Newport. The cabin is where we enjoyed many weekends and summer vacations when our kids were. Eventually we built a home next door to the berm house. There are 12 houses in our quiet valley. Guests enjoy paddling, fishing, hiking, running, road biking, reading etc. No events.
