Our wooden cottage is located in idyllic residential neighbourhood. It is 2,5 km from downtown! Easy to access! It is a charming high-quality cabin for 3. Kitchen and large bathroom with sauna. Relaxing and peaceful residential. Laplands university and supermarket is within a 500 meter. Two kicking sledges free for use. The longest river Kemijoki is only 50 m away. Villa Puistola & sauna, near Santa's Village

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Talo rauhallisella paikkaa hiljaisuuden ja upean luonnon ympäröimänä. Kaukana kaikesta valosaasteesta, puhtaan lumen keskellä, jolloin voit nähdä ja kokea upeat revontulet, tähtitaivaan ja kuutamon. Tilauksesta myös avantouintia, ulkosauna ja mökissä ruokailu takanloisteessa. Tämän talon pihaan voit tilata myös oman koiravaljakkoajelun. Porotila noin 15 min jossa poroajelua ja kotaruokailua. Noin 10 min kävelyn päästä voit varata moottorikelkka retken ja nauttia talvikalastuksesta.

Päärakennuksessa keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Erillinen wc, jossa varusteluna pyykkikone ja kuivuri sekä sähkösauna ja suihkutila, jossa myös wc-istuin. Kaksi makuuhuonetta (molemmissa parivuode), parvi, jossa vuodesohva (120x200) sekä tarvittaessa 2 lisävuodetta. Lisäksi päärakennuksessa ulkokautta oleva käynti yläkerrassa olevaan lisä huoneeseen, jossa kaksi vuodetta sekä nojatuolit ja pieni jääkaappi 2 kahdelle. Pihassa myös ulkosauna ja lasitettu grillikota. Laituri rannassa.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

The cabin sits in a tranquil spot by a river above the Arctic Circle, far from streetlights, where the sky is dark and open in every direction — perfect for watching the northern lights. You can wait for the auroras in the comfort of a warm cabin or the riverside sauna, and when they appear, admire them straight from the terrace. Other winter activities, like snowshoeing and husky rides, are also close by and easy to reach.

Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to garden with fireplace living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.
