From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

In the house, the flair of the 60s, wooden floorboards, high ceilings, vintage furnishings, cozy house designed with much love. Have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Ruwer. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The approximately 120 sqm large rooms of the Villa Feyen with 4 bedrooms ( 1 of which is our spare bedroom on the ground floor, without bath ) and 3 fully equipped bathrooms offer space for up to 8-9 people. There is an unobstructed view of the Feyen forest and partly to the city. The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom, shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the house.
