La Salute Luxury Apartment

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
