This completely, uniquely refurbished and redecorated old house is truly magical. In the heart of the arctic it is situated right next to Santa Claus Village only a five minutes walk away. It also is, literally, only a turn away from Rovaniemi airport making it very easy to reach. In a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forest and snow and the beautiful peacefulness of Lapland winter, you can marvel the auroras right from the doorstep or from the houses own private yard or terrace and balcony.

Täysin uusiksi perinteiseen kelohirsirunkoon v. 2019 rakennettu talviasuttava mökki. Mökissä voit rentoutua hotellitason vuoteessa takkatulta katsellen. Pieni keittiö on erinomaisesti varusteltu. Upea sauna lämpiää napin painalluksella. Mökki sijaitsee Suomutunturin välittömässä läheisyydessä, n. 145 km päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä. Hiihdon ja laskettelun lisäksi alueella on erinomaiset mahdollisuudet ulkoiluun ja retkeilyyn myös kesällä. Hotelli vuokraa suksia ja järjestää retkiä.

Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.
