A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

To Rovaniemi 72 km, to Kemijärvi 40 km. If you're comfortable on your own and enjoy a simple life in the middle of nature, this stay is for you. Here you will enjoy the quiet and darkness. If you're lucky, you'll get to admire the Northern Lights from the home yard. You can hike, ski, fish and hunt in the area. We rent snowshoes.

Cabin is located about 45min drive from Rovaniemi. The cabin gives guests a peek into local lifestyle and offers authentic cabin experience

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tennihovi Cottage – A Cozy Getaway in Lapland 🌟 Welcome to Tennihovi Cottage, a charming retreat in a stunning location, just a 30-minute drive from Rovaniemi. The drive here is incredibly easy, with a straight road leading you right to this peaceful haven. This cottage is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Here, you can hunt for northern lights, immerse yourself in nature, perhaps spot Santa’s reindeer, and bask in the serene silence of Lapland.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
