Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. The original train depot for the logging town of Horseshoe Bend was moved to this incredible property right on the Payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Idahoans travel to this destination restaurant right on the river for the scenic view, country feel, and homey atmosphere.
