La casa è situata sulla costa est dell'isola, nella splendida baia di Kipiadi, a trenta metri dal mare cui si arriva con una discesa diretta. The cottage is part of a group of 4 houses. Ideale per coppie o famiglie, anche con figli piccoli, dispone di ampi spazi esterni; terrazze e salotti in pietra da cui godere un meraviglioso panorama e la sera ammirare le stelle. Il paesino più vicino è Loggos che, a circa 20 min a piedi, offre romantici ristoranti affacciati sul porto.

The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty meters from the sea to which you can reach with a direct descent. Ideal for families, even with small children, it has outdoor spaces from which to enjoy an evocative view of the Ionian Sea and Epirus. The nearest village is Longòs, reachable by car in 5 minutes, where you can appreciate great local food in taverns overlooking the marina and the best bread on the island.

Eri Apartment in Lakka Paxos

Authorised Licence No. 33717 Eri Apartment in Lakka Paxos can accommodate up to four persons in its 2 bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, making it the ideal haven for families or two couples. The two bedrooms also have access to a balcony with great sea views over the entire bay. The apartment also features a good size kitchen with a dinning area, and a bathroom with hot shower.

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
