House located 3 kilometers from the border crossing and the Paso Canoas stores. Three rooms, each with air conditioning. Ample indoor parking for any type of heavy or light vehicle. Very spacious house, over 200 meters of construction and a large outdoor area enclosed with mesh. Security cameras at the main entrance and in the parking area. Located across from the main street with access to public transportation.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.

Guayacán Cabin

Cozy cabins that will make your stay in Paso Canoas pleasant. Excellent for shopping as they are 2km from the Paso Canoas free zone, in front of the Inter-American highway. Pet-friendly, we have some dogs. If you visit us with pets, you must pay at check-in $20 / ¢10,000 for the first night of the pets' stay and $10 / ¢5000 for each extra night.
