Situated in the city center, 5 min walk to parks, 10 min to beach, a comfortable 57 sqm. apartment. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one smaller room with sofa bed, open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer. Nice and little cabin for two. Next to the river and about a kilometer from a nice beach. Row boats available to go to the sea. 22 min. by car to Ventspils. 40 min. to Kuldīga or Pāvilosta. Ideal place to relax away but close to the city. Tennis and basketball court access. Sauna available.
