Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn ( district of Niefern) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. After the highway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you can reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree to the use agreement access data of the user agreement in writing prior to receiving the WiFi access via Wi-Fi. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

The heart of the modern bedroom is a 140 cm wide queen size bed. Another sleeping option is the 160 cm wide, high-quality sofa bed. The modern kitchenette includes a washer-dryer and, thanks to the Nespresso coffee machine, ensures maximum enjoyment at chez Schwartz

Our small 1-room apartment is modern and cozy. In the bedroom/study, there is a double bed and wardrobe as well as a workstation with an office chair and a flat-screen TV with an armchair. Feel free to use our guest Wi-Fi. The small bathroom is equipped to a high standard and has a walk-in rain shower. In the kitchen you will find everything for daily use (including dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave).
