The apartment is part of the Aquamarina complex and is located on the 7th floor with elevator access from the reception. Great views of the sea and common area, as well as afternoon sun. The master bedroom has two single beds that are easily pushed together to form a double bed. Plenty of closet space and hangers. The small bedroom has a double bed. Sofa bed for up to 2 in the living room. Totally renovated in the last 15 years, most recently with a new kitchen in 2022 and air conditioning in May 2024. Large great bathroom. Washing machine in cabinet on the terrace. Wi-Fi and TV
