The place is located in front of Lake Gutierrez and is in the most exclusive residential development in Bariloche. It has surveillance and amenities in the common areas. Some have an extra cost!!! The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday only and except holidays and weekends. The television in the main bedroom is Smart TV The second bedroom has Chrome Cast The third bedroom has Roku The tv in the sala has DirecTv and is not smart TV
