You can go downtown, tour Circuito Chico, Colonia Suiza, Cerro Llao Llao, Cerro Canpanario by taking a bus from the stop and many more places. In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a service station, bakery, butcher, and diet food store within walking distance. We are on Avenida Bustillos and it is a very quiet area.

Eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist auf ca. 200m und Bariloches bestes Pub mit exzellenter Küche und eigener Brauerei auf ca. 300 m. Auch Bäcker, Supermarkt, Naturkost- und viele andere Läden kann man zu Fuß erreichen.
