Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Entfliehe dem Trubel der Stadt und genieße die ländliche Ruhe mit idyllischem Seeblick und wunderbarer Badestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a single-family house im Carinerland OT Neu Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the outdoor area there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also handicap accessible) For peace seekers and nature lovers. A free Wi-Fi connection is there.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
