Die großzügige Wohnung hat ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 1. OG eines aufwendig generalsanierten Altstadthauses nahe am berühmten Passauer Dreiflußeck direkt am Inn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Ansonsten hält die Buslinie 8 direkt vor der Haustür sowie Linie 1 und 2 ca. 100 m weiter. Einfache und schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn. Stellplatz vorhanden.

Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Willkommen in der Ilzstadt. Unser Apartment liegt im 1.Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die Passauer Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Donauradweg führt unmittelbar an unserer Unterkunft vorbei. Für Fahrräder haben wir auch einen sicheren Platz. Das Apartment liegt für Schiffsreisende genau mittig der beiden Anlegestellen von Passau. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca 400 Meter von uns entfernt, im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Tagespreis 5€.

Das kleine Zimmer ist teilweise mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet und befindet sich in der alten Schiffsposthalterei von 1805 gegenüber dem Schloss, mit interessantem Museum direkt an der Donau. Der Garten kann von unseren Gästen genutzt werden . Donauradweg führt am Haus vorbei außerdem gibt es neben der üblichen Busverbindung auch die Möglichkeit mit der Fähre nach Österreich überzusetzen oder mit dem Dampfer nach Linz bzw. Passau zu fahren
