Dream view in Alvaneu, newly renovated penthouse!

Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. This beautiful and large (90 m2) condominium in the Heid gives you the feeling of having arrived in the mountains and during your holidays. The modern accommodation, the large outdoor area with 2 balconies and the central location (500m from the center and yet very quiet) offers everything you need for a beautiful hiking, biking, or winter vacation. The apartment is perfect for guests who long for luxury, activity and recreation in the mountains for a few days/weeks.

Sunny, quiet apartment with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1500 m². The Lenzerheide/Arosa ski resort is directly accessible. Cross-country ski trails right behind the house. Natural ice field. In summer, the bike trails and cool nights (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground nearby and beautiful hiking trails. The house is located on the edge of the village on a private road, in front of a small forest. Well connected by Postbus. Access by car to the house.

The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
