The living room has two large windows overlooking lively rue St Martin and is perfect for watching the passing parade. If you like it quieter, you can close the triple glazed windows. The bedroom is away from the street and is quiet. The living area can be a noisy at night. The apartment is on the first floor, no lift. #Check-in can be from 9AM if the apartment is available, if it is not available then you can drop your bags, pick up keys and check-in at 2PM when the apartment has been cleaned.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the Ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
