The first floor showcases large living area with high ceilings, A/C (NEW) TV w/cable, kitchen, cooking island, 2 BaRs full bathroom, covered terrace, outdoor bbq area. The second floor: master bedroom with private terrace, 2 Bus and full bathroom. All bedrooms with A/C. 2 private docks. Quiet and very private, yet 5 min walk to Parguera town. This house is our vacation home and has been in our family for 20 years. Central A/C
