Pleasant 2 rooms of 50m2 for 6 people, very well equipped and located on the 2nd floor of a pleasant residence located in front of snow at the foot of the slopes and golf course. A large and large balcony facing south and east will offer you a magnificent view not overlooked on the glacier of the Muzelle. 2 outdoor parking spaces. The studio is a 30-minute drive to Briançon, 50 minutes to the Italian border and 2 hours to the city of Turin.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
