Just across the street in front of the house there is a mini-market while big supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.
