You will have a large fully tiled residence consisting of foyer, kitchenette, living room, King bedroom, to equally large bathroom w/bathtub for 2. Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

Very clean large basement (800sqft) suite with private entry and fenced in yard for dogs to roam. Quiet neighborhood with off street parking for one car, trailers and moving vans have adequate space on the street. Family neighborhood, large trees, great shopping very close and only 12-15 minutes to downtown Omaha! Please message with any questions!
