A beautiful apartment in a residential complex of 8 apartments with a separate entrance and free car parking in the fenced area . The apartment on the first floor of a 2-storied building has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen , a kitchen with stained glass windows and access to the veranda and an individual courtyard, from the courtyard there is an access to the shared swimming pool of the complex . The apartment is bright, cozy and clean. No smoking. Lovely swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area in the courtyard

Lovely holiday annex with big private pool&garden

Beautiful apartment where you can relax in a comfortable, spacious and unique space. Perfect location for all tourist attractions, many of them within walking distance including Fantastic restaurants. Gorgeous sandy beaches nearby. You will have your own private space, bedroom, kitchen/lounge and en-suite shower room. Full use of the garden and with private pool. Unlike hotels you can relax knowing you have your sun lounger available. There is only one suite available, therefor it’s a calm oasis

Welcome to our Cozy Apartments in the Heart of Kato Paphos! Located in a gated quiet beautiful complex with swimming pool and private garden. Just a few minutes walk from the beaches, the main promenade, bars, restaurants and shops. Stay with family or friends in the very center, close to all attractions! The guests have all the necessary equipment, including new air conditioners! There is free parking! We will arrange a meeting for you at the airport! It's time to spend time with loved ones!

Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
