Garden Apartment in a Trendy and Leafy Neighborhood

Begin the day with breakfast in the dappled shade of a flagstone terrace surrounded by potted plants and mature trees. Entertain company in a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a sound system, and cook meals in a family size kitchen. This property is completely independent and has no common areas with any other apartment In response to Coronavirus, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Before a new arrival we disinfect all surfaces with a certified disinfectant, and steam cleaner. We are very close to the hospitals Ygeia, Mitera, IASO, IVF Embryogenesis, ecc. As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Bus stop and Electric Bus Stop in 200 meters from the house. Metro station (Holargos) 1250 meters from the house. Parking place in front of the house most hours of the day. there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

Quiet apartment by the park

The apartment is situated in Papagos, one of the greenest and most quiet suburbs of Athens. The metro station (Ethniki Amyna) is 900m; the bus stop is 20m away. Right across the street you can find the entrance of Alsos Papagou, an amazing park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a dog park, a football field, a track and field, a theatre and one of the most famous cafe-restaurants in Athens: Piu Verde. Public and private hospitals, embassies and universities are in close distance.

Welcome to our family house!

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, modern and cozy 45m2 apartment. It's a very good choice if you want to have easy access both to the heart of Athens and the National Athens Airport. Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!
