Mountain house

A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioning with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, which adds another touch of tranquility! The property is subject to a government tax (resilience fee), which is €15 per night from April to October, as it is over 80 sq m (860 sq ft). During the winter months, the fee is €4. Payment can be made either in cash upon the guest's arrival or to the Alpha Bank account, IBAN: GR6701409700970002310009649, Kouris Theodora.

At 1,100m, in Ziria, is the picturesque capital of Feneos, Goura. Our Chalet-Statiko is located in the woods and dominates the top of the village. The panoramic balcony, with incredible views of the plateau and the surrounding mountains, transforms from hour to hour along with the landscape and the forest, time stops. Everyone finds what they're looking for. Ideal for both a family vacation and a couple, but also highly recommended as a base for adventures, activities and excursions.

Delvita Mansion

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

In Vytina, which combines secularism with tranquility and contact with the special and refreshing nature due to its location and altitude, we built our home. It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look. There one lives the absolute tranquility and freedom since the distance from the square, the paths in the lush vegetation and the visit to other famous villages, is a "breath"

Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a space made mostly of wood, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Downstairs is the kitchen where you can prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). Upstairs are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.
