Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O of Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, right behind the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which will take you into the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you can reach one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater trail start right at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Between Berlin, Bernau and Barnim Nature Park, Zepernick is a district of the municipality of Panketal. Here you can take a close to nature vacation in a construction trailer, relax and unwind. Gladly with children and/or dog. Making fires, barbecuing, swimming in nearby Lake Gorinsee, hiking in the Barnim Nature Park or discovering the nightlife in Berlin are just a few of many possibilities. 2 people in the construction trailer, max. 2 more in the tent with air bed.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (suburban train) (5) in 15 minutes. At Christmas time, it is especially nicely decorated with us and the mulled wine pot is ready. Berlin has many very nice Christmas markets and in the nearby zoo there is a magical light show.

Quiet Stay Zepernick – right next to Berlin

Modern, bright 64 m² apartment in a quiet location on the Berlin city border. The accommodation in a well-kept two-family house offers a view of greenery. The S-Bahn (line S2 directly to Mitte) can be reached in about 17 minutes on foot, alternatively there is a regular bus service. A supermarket and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are nearby. The A11 motorway exit is just a few minutes away. Fully equipped – with Wi-Fi, kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

A cozy, comfortable new apartment in the side part of a detached house near the city. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase. There is a parking space in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has an open living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. Connection to the public transport network to the center is available.
