Bright, beautiful apartment, with views of Mallasvesi.

The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The cottage is about 3 km from the center of Pälkäne, grocery stores, etc. The slopes and outdoor areas of the Sappee Ski Resort are 23 km away. If the trip to Sappee feels long, Syrjänharju, which rises from the center of Pälkäne, also has a nice setting for outdoor activities and exercise. One double bed, one bunk bed and an extra sofa bed. The cottage has its own beach. The beach is shallow and mostly hard bottomed.
