Appartamento bilocale recentemente ristrutturato posto al secondo piano di un'antica costruzione di famiglia degli inizi del '900. Gli ambienti, ampi ed accoglienti, conservano alcuni elementi della casa di un tempo. La sua collocazione è strategica: sulla strada che collega il centro di Agropoli alla porta bizantina nel Borgo Antico. In soli 5 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il caratteristico borgo e godere di una vista spettacolare dal castello; in 15 minuti si raggiunge la ferrovia.

Amazing view studio: Don Biasino, wifi tv

Ampio, elegante e tranquillo monolocale con bagno, in edificio storico con vista mozzafiato; in paese, in posizione elevata, quindi fresco, ben aerato e luminoso. Comodo per soggiorni più lunghi, organizzato con tutto il necessario. La terrazza/balcone, 5 mq mq, arredata con divano, tavolino e sedie permette di goderne i lati migliori soprattutto nei pasti e ore serali. Agevole parcheggio gratuito esterno a 100 mt. non custodito ma sicuro ( Caserma CC e PL). Provare per credere!

You will find my accommodation very comfortable, the same is located in a strategic area a few kilometers from the "ruins" of Paestum and the coast of Capaccio and Agropoli. The beaches can also be reached by shuttle bus. You may like it for the location and the tranquility it conveys. My place is good for couples and families. You will have TV and free wi-fi. Air-conditioned accommodation. Not included Cleaning fee (2nd and 2nd night of stay exempt) Tourist tax not included

La Sughera Scorzata, a villa seven minutes from the sea

The villa offers the possibility to stay in an independent apartment, about 90 square meters, very comfortable for four people, located on the first floor of the property. Its greatest value is the wonderful terrace suspended between sky and sea, with sunsets of ever-changing colors, unrepeatable and with infinite plays of light. A "buen retiro" overlooking Capo Palinuro, embraced by pines and oaks, where it is easy to lose track of time stunned by the beauty of nature.

pied-à-terre for a beachfront vacation in the sun and sea! A small 35 sqm apartment with an upstairs terrace to relax and enjoy the sun and the Italian sea. Bedroom with double bed, TV, and wardrobe. Living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette. Full bathroom and last but not least… beautiful panoramic terrace with patio. It takes 1 minute to be on the beach. Just go down the stairs for three floors and cross the waterfront road.
