It has a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor barbecue, balcony with a hammock for resting, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, two double beds, two single beds and a sofa bed. Large, enclosed and safe parking. It is 1 km from BR-101, KM 218, close to beaches, waterfalls and shops. I live downstairs; the space is private, we only use the same gate, and we are available if you need anything.
