House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

El sitio está en La Floresta, a 600 metros de la estación de Ferrocarril y a menos de 20 minutos de tren de la Rambla ( Plaza de Cataluña ). Small house with incredible views of the mountain and the Collserola forest, surrounded by nature, tranquility and fresh air. The trails that run through the natural park start a few meters away. It's a perfect place to walk and totally disconnect if that's what you're looking for. But also the neighborhood has an excellent public transport connection to downtown Barcelona.
