An escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life awaits you in our idyllic tupa-sauna on the shore of Muonionjoki. This is my own design, self built. The cozy and traditional log cabin offers a unique vacation in the lap of nature. There is no disturbing city lights or sounds. Enjoy complete silence Enjoy the gentle steams in the wooden sauna and a refreshing swim directly in the river. You can see the northern lights right from the terrace or in bed. In the fall even swim as they flare.

The cabin on the bank of the river Tornionjoki suits 4 guests, providing an atmospheric setting for nature lovers year-round. Witness Northern lights in the polar darkness of the winter. Spring invites skiing or ice-fishing. Witness Europe's largest river ice breakup in May. Summer offers fishing and swimming in the clear arctic waters. Fall offers hiking and berry picking in Europe's cleanest forests. Centrally located in Pello, it serves as your base for exploring Lapland and Sweden.

Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Small cabin "Lohi" for three on the shore of the Muonionjoki river

Welcome to stay in a quiet river landscape in a small cottage village along the Väylänvarren salmon road. The center of Kolari is 12 km away. The nearest shop is 10 km away on the Swedish side of the fairway. On the beach, there are two lean-tos with fireplaces for the use of the cottage dwellers. Fishing opportunities. We also rent boats and motors. Bring your own linens or sleeping bag. If you need linens, you can get them from us for a small extra fee of 5 e/person.

Villa Kaltio: cabin with traditional Finnish sauna

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Villa majoittaa mukavasti 7 henkilöä. Erillisessä rakennuksessa on sauna ja vilvoittelutila takkatulineen. Tilavassa olohuoneessa voi viettää aikaa yhdessä, ja täysin varusteltu keittiö kattaa kaiken tarvittavan. Villa Black Reindeer yhdistää luksuksen ja luonnonläheisyyden ainutlaatuisesti.

Lappee, on the shore of Tornionjoki

A fisherman, a wilderness, or just a haven for a peaceful place! This home is located in Kolari, the village of Lappea. Lappea is known as the fishermen's cove. Inside, you'll find a living room with a large stone fireplace, a bunk bed and a couch, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, and an open bedroom with a double bed. There is also a sauna with a wood stove. There is an open lean-to in the outdoor spaces.

Little Red House

Small cozy house in Kolari, Lapland. No other apartments in the vicinity. There is no any street lights so you can see the Northern lights very well. 2 adults and 1 to 3 young children are easily accommodated in the house. The house has a living room-kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, toilet, washroom and sauna. The bedcovers and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is required!

Villa Nivanranta - on the Tornionjoki river beach tower

The house is clean, completely renovated from the inside in 2017. In a scenic spot on the banks of the River Tornio. In the summer, there are great opportunities for salmon fishing. Autumn hunting and berry picking opportunities. In winter and spring, great opportunities for snowmobiling, the route runs from the side. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort of Ritavalkea.
