Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.
