Newly renovated old stone house in peaceful local village, away from tourist hubs, but close enough to get there in 20 minutes. Its perfectly placed in a mountain village on the south-eastern side of the island, very close to the main ports of Pythagorio and Vathy, and even closer to the airport. Also easy access to explore the rest of the island, as its kind of centered. The village is so nice, it has two wellworking tavernas you can enjoy anytime of the day. Mostly local people living here.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

It consists of an open plan living room-kitchen, a modern bathroom, while in the attic there is the bedroom that can accommodate up to four guests. Its courtyard makes it unique for relaxation and tranquility by listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sea view! Access to the beach is direct, offering you the opportunity to enjoy your swim at all hours of the day!

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
