Home away from home Great neighborhood & location!

Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

If you crave a unique historical experience in the exact middle point of historic Brownville, NE then this is for you. Conveniently located directly across the street from The Brownville Market! However, fair warning, this house is not an accessible place for those who can’t handle stairs or do not like the rustic life!

Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 150 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.
