Guests from house number 1 and 2, the Summer Love House and the Love Nest pass through your balcony to get in or out. It is like living in an original greek neighborhood. This place is good for couples, adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly and pets. Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Access to the kitchen and bathroom is from the veranda, as shown in the photos. It has a shared courtyard with the chapel next door, where the neighborhood children can play safely. There is car access to the door of the house for short-term parking, but 24-hour parking is prohibited.
