The place provides privacy - you have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a sofa bed with quality mattresses, 1 sofa bed. You can enjoy the large terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house stands on a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. Enjoy a relaxing break, whether you're passing through or wanting to stay for a few days.

Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

The surroundings are full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou castle,quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. Building (loft) with a usable area of about 50m2. This is a room with an open floor with a bed under which the bathroom is located. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.
