On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

We would like to invite you to our working small holding on the edge of the New Forest. The accommodation we are offering was our home and one we grew to love dearly though sun and snow. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Self contained, warm and light. Close to M27 easy access to many attractions. Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

Our cottage is just inside the New Forest national park in a quiet, rural location easy to access from the M27 or the A36, and a 10-minute stroll to Paultons Park. Private parking and a spacious garden. There are many places to visit locally and some lovely walks nearby in the New Forest. The easy access to main roads means Southampton is only 20 minutes away, Winchester 25 minutes, Salisbury 25 minutes and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth only a 30-minute drive.

Enjoy watching deer, rabbits, birds, and an abundance of other forest wildlife visit the grounds. You will also notice that the New Forest ponies, donkeys, and pigs are regular visitors. This self-catering Luxury Cottage has all the comfort needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday within the New Forest National Park.
