Contains 3 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites, all with air-conditioning, bedding, a kitchen with all appliances, a large living room, a gourmet area, a refrigerator with a glass door, a freezer, a pool table, a barbecue, a swimming pool with a children's area, a shower, an electronic gate, and Wi-Fi. I do not provide towels, blankets, or a bed sheet.

The apartment has 2 en-suites (1 with a double bed and air-conditioning and 1 with a sofa bed for two people and air-conditioning), 1 comfortable sofa for two people in the living room with a fan and 1 extra smaller mattress.

One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and air-conditioning, the other has three single beds and a fan. The kitchen is equipped to serve you during your stay. We do not provide towels. Perfect for a couple who want to spend a quiet weekend in the best sunset in Brazil. Items: stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, Smart TV and Ares. King-size bed. In the living room, a double sofa bed. The outdoor area has a swimming pool and an American gas barbecue. The Flat is on the same plot as Casa Alta (also listed here). If you need a larger space, look for: Casa Alta Excessive noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. Subject to a condominium fine.
