The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

A wonderful studio in an excellent location! The bright and spacious studio is located right next to the Ainola park. A short walk to the center. The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.
