A magnificent two-room apartment on the street level of an apartment building, located on the lakefront in the center of Sotkamo. Spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Facilities for up to four adults and a small child. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a corner sofa bed and the possibility of a travel cot for children. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. A bedroom with a countertop and storage space. HDTV, fiber optic connection, WiFi. Glassed balcony, private sauna and swimming beach on the pier. Ski trails in winter. Carport.

In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a wood stove, with a view of the lake landscape from the large view windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room.
