Hawes .16 th C Elizabethan enchanting Cottage.

The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . And if you’re lucky you might see the red squirrel’s .

Ideal for walkers, The Dales Way and Buckden Pike nearby alongside other circular hikes from the doorstep. Eating out, The Buck Inn opposite serves great food and various real ales. Alternatively walk along the River Wharfe to The George Inn, serves the best fish ‘n’ chips. We welcome pets.
